Lisa Hunt Art Prints

A minimalist fine artist in her own right, Lisa Hunt started selling prints of her work. They are amazing. She works with a minimal color palette and patterns creating a complexity that is calming to look at.

The use of gold and black in the latest collection by Lisa Hunt can fit in with most rooms. The square shape create a sense of boldness while helping the eye navigate the patterns across the painting. Lisa Hunt’s use of stamping and directional changes are what is inspirational about the work. The varying of the stamping across the painting is reminiscent of a minimalistic Andy Warhol, where he screened the same item over and over on one canvas.

My favorite is the Abstract Canvas 1, which changes up the semi-circle design and adds a bit of texture that seems to complete and compliment one another at the same time.
